We would like to introduce our company at its current stage of development, in the first half of 2009. With its continuing efforts to adopt effective developments in the building industry in the shortest possible time, our company is able to fulfil the demanding requirements of all customers with high quality. We have achieved stable economic results, and thanks to dynamic expansion of our own tangible fixed assets we have achieved self-reliance in our manufacturing base. We apply the necessary quality systems and incentive measures.

We gained ample experience from our contracts, won fairly in the process of tendering and under various forms of financing of contracted works. The experience of operational staff in labour as well technical and management positions is an important resource and support in fulfilling tasks defined by customers‘ ideas, the complexity of contracted work and the situation on the market.

Regarding the further development of Czech engineering, the company’s management is implementing many conceptual changes with the goal of consolidating the company’s position on the market and utilizing its potential to the satisfaction of our present customers, as well as furthering development.

The company provides its customers with all services in management of contraction projects. It is able to choose, manage and co-ordinate tasks with subcontracted companies and specialists. In co-operation with companies renowned in the area of certification and auditing, the necessary rationalization measures are continuously applied, along with projects connected with the company’s transition to a process management model with the goal to optimize costs. This includes, for example, the centralization of administrative expenses and the optimization of our production capacity, which also involves a change in behaviour and a more positive attitude in individual employees.

Amongst our most important customers are energy companies, towns and municipalities, cooperatives and other private as well as public investors. The company is the holder of  certificates for its quality management system - ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 - and environmental management system - ČSN EN ISO 14001.

In co-operation with reputable companies providing certification and auditing the necessary rationalization measures are continuously applied, alongside projects connected with the company‘s transition to a process management model with the target of significantly lowering costs. The main goals of the middle and top management is professional competence in all activities at all levels, speed and reliability during the realization of contracted work and the utilization of quality systems for customers‘ satisfaction.
