The Quality Management System has been introduced and is being maintained and improved according to the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2008 norm, at the level corresponding to the size and field of the company.
The process of management and the application of the Quality management system is reviewed every year and assessed by the LRQA certification company, which is a member of Lloyd's Register founded in 1760 in London.
The management and monitoring of the Quality Management system is provided internally by trained staff. They are responsible for its maintenance and improvement, and in co-operation with other employees they sustain the company’s efficiency and strength on the labour market.
Systém managementu kvality je ve společnosti zaveden, udržován a zlepšován v souladu s požadavky normy EN ISO 9001:2008 na úrovni odpovídající velikosti a zaměření společnosti.
Proces řízení a uplatňování systému managementu kvality je každoročně přezkoumáván a posuzován certifikační společností LRQA jež je členem skupiny Lloyd's Register založené roku 1760 v Londýně.
Řízení a monitorování systému managementu kvality je interně zajištěno proškolenými pracovníky. Ti odpovídají za jeho udržování a zlepšování a ve spolupráci s ostatními zaměstnanci tak podporují výkonnost a sílu společnosti na trhu práce.

We are aware that our activities, including the purchasing of building material and services, might influence the environment in a positive as well as a negative way. This is why we all behave in an environmentally friendly and responsible way and we demand the same behaviour from our collaborators and business partners. Due to our environmentally friendly and responsible attitude we adopted the following policy concerning environmental protection.
1. Protection of the environment is an inseparable part of our company’s management.
2. Respecting the Czech Republic‘s environmental legislation is an automatic responsibility of all our employees and we also require it from our sub-contractors.
3. The protection of the environment by our company is based on respecting the environmental protection conditions set out in the project documentation for constructions that we perform and provide, and preventative measures and environmentally friendly behaviour during the execution of works.
4. By choosing products for buildings works and making full use of them, we prevent or minimize the creation of waste.
5. We respect the requirements of our contractual partners in approaching environmental issues and respond to the constructive criticism and suggestions of involved parties.
6. We monitor and evaluate the influence of our activities on the environment and use the results of such evaluation to protect the environment and to inform the state and public administration authorities, regional authorities, employees, associates and the public.
7. To implement this environmental policy we define concrete, scheduled and measurable targets, target values, programs and means for their realization.
8. We improve environmental protection through the training and education of our employees and our partners.
9. We will monitor the implementation of our environmental protection policy and use the results of this monitoring for its updating and in the search for further improvements in environmental protection and the management of the company’s activities.
10. We inform our employees, collaborators, business partners and the public about our attitude to environmental protection.
