Engineering:

The process of preparation and execution of work includes provision of engineering :
• identifying owners of plots affected by the execution of works
• providing documentation about engineering activities (written negotiations with affected owners or users about access to the affected plots and the conclusion of written agreements)
• obtaining the approval of government and local authorities
• negotiations and subsequent settlement of eventual property damage (according to § 24 art. No. 9 act no. 458/2000, as amended) caused by the contractor to the affected owners or to land users.

• Performance of demolition works in the construction industry.
